Delete your Bridgetastic account and data
Use this page for a Bridgetastic member account, profile, saved hands, or other member data. Instructions for removing Bridgetastic's separate Meta publishing app are below.
Request Bridgetastic account deletion
Email us from the email address you use to sign in. If you cannot use that address, include your display name or Bridgetastic profile URL so we can locate the right account. Do not send your password or an access token.
We will contact you to confirm the request and verify account ownership before deleting the account and data we control. We may retain limited records when legally required and will explain any applicable retention when we confirm the request.
If you have Bridgetastic Pro, you can manage or cancel billing from Account and billing while your deletion request is being reviewed.
Remove the separate Meta publishing app
Bridgetastic's Social Publisher app is used to publish approved Bridgetastic content to Bridgetastic-owned Facebook and Instagram business accounts. It does not collect, store, or sell Facebook or Instagram users' personal information.
You can remove the app connection from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing the app prevents future access through that authorization.
